CLIENT PROJECT / LOGISTICS / NORTH TEXAS
For Micaramy Logistics & Trucking, Pakdelify connected the public company website with practical tools for driver resources, training, account administration and vehicle operations.

THE BUSINESS NEED
A logistics business has two different audiences: people learning about its services or applying for work, and the team supporting each day’s operations.
The project brings those needs together through a clear company website and separate tools for drivers, management, dispatch and HR. Each part supports a specific task, from finding training to reviewing a vehicle inspection.
THE PLATFORM
The following sections describe the current project scope, with practical tools for both the public website and internal users.
Service pages, company information, a hiring path and dedicated portal entry points help visitors find the right next step. Responsive layouts and light and dark presentation support phones and larger screens.
Drivers have an entry point for company resources, updates and support. The portal gives internal tools a home alongside the company website, with access based on the user’s role.
The training area organizes driver learning materials into a structured set of lessons. Drivers can return to the guidance they need without searching through separate messages and links.
User Account Management brings account creation, company email setup, names, roles and account status into a coordinated workflow. Authorized staff can review users, lock approved names and manage active or suspended access within their permissions.
Operational tools support vehicle assignment through manual changes and file imports. Assignment notifications and company messages help communicate updates to drivers.
Before-and-after images provide a visual record of vehicle condition. AI-assisted comparison flags potential differences for review, while the team keeps responsibility for confirming damage and the next action.
A CLOSER LOOK / INSPECTIONS
The inspection workflow connects the driver’s capture process with the information the operations team needs to review.
The driver records the required vehicle views. Upload completion matters: images must reach the system before the inspection can be fully reviewed.
Before-and-after views help identify visible changes. AI provides assistance with potential differences rather than making the final damage decision.
Authorized staff review the images and flags, confirm the finding and record the appropriate status.
Inspection and issue records give the team context for follow-up, so a finding can be considered alongside the vehicle’s recorded condition.
ACCESS THAT FITS THE ROLE
Drivers, dispatch, HR and management need different tools. Account and role controls help keep everyday tasks within the right workspace.
THE PRACTICAL RESULT
The website introduces the company, while the internal tools give recurring tasks a defined place: learning, managing accounts, assigning vehicles and reviewing condition records.
This case study focuses on implemented workflows. It does not attach unmeasured savings, productivity percentages or damage-reduction claims to the project.
