DALLAS–FORT WORTH · BUSINESSES ACROSS THE US

Business automation. Useful AI. Less repetitive work.

When customer requests live in one inbox, appointments in another tool and updates in a spreadsheet, routine work can become difficult to manage. Pakdelify designs connected workflows and AI assistants around what your business needs to do next.

WHERE WE CAN HELP

Choose the problem.
Then choose the right tools.

A useful project starts with a specific task, the information available and the people responsible for the result. These are examples of workflows we can assess and scope with you.

01 / CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

Website AI assistants

Plan an assistant that answers from approved business information, explains services, collects inquiry details and passes questions to your team when needed.

02 / FOLLOW-UP

Lead and request workflows

Organize new inquiries, send agreed acknowledgments and create a clear follow-up path. Your team can see which requests still need attention.

03 / APPOINTMENTS

Booking connections

Discuss appointment requests, confirmations and reminders around the booking process you use. The available provider connection and messaging costs are confirmed during scoping.

04 / CONTENT

AI-assisted publishing

Turn business notes and approved source material into article drafts for review. Plan a content workflow around useful customer questions and a human publishing decision.

05 / INTERNAL WORK

Customer and team portals

Bring the right records, requests and actions into a workspace with defined access. Decide who can view, change, approve or follow up on each step.

06 / CONNECTED TOOLS

Custom integrations

Assess whether your forms, business tools, payment provider or other systems can exchange the information a workflow needs. Access, supported APIs and limitations are checked first.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

The same tool is not the answer to every problem.

A salon may need a clearer path from an inquiry to an appointment. An insurance team may need to collect a customer’s information before an agent follows up. A delivery business may need an organized workspace for drivers, dispatch and inspection records.

We identify the part that can be made more consistent, then decide whether simple rules, an integration, AI or a combination is appropriate.

A practical boundary for AI

AI can prepare an answer or organize a request. It should work from the business information you approve and hand off questions outside its scope.

Pricing commitments, contracts, professional advice and other consequential decisions need the appropriate person’s review. We agree on those boundaries before the workflow goes live.

FROM IDEA TO A WORKING PROCESS

Understand. Build. Review. Improve.

  1. 01

    Map the work

Show us what starts a request, which steps happen today, what information is needed and where work gets delayed or repeated.

  2. 02

    Agree a focused scope

Confirm the users, systems, actions, approval points, project cost and ongoing service needs. We check integration access before promising a connection.

  3. 03

    Review a working example

Test agreed scenarios with sample information. Check what happens when details are missing, an integration fails or a person needs to take over.

  4. 04

    Launch with a clear owner

Confirm who monitors the workflow, handles exceptions and requests changes. Refine the process around actual use rather than adding features without a purpose.

PROJECT-BASED SCOPE

A clear quote before
we start building.

Automation and AI projects are priced around their workflow, features, integrations and support needs. We review your business before recommending a setup and ongoing service arrangement.

Tell us what you want to improve ↗

What we clarify in your quote

  • The actions, users and tools included.
  • What needs human review or approval.
  • Setup work and ongoing service.
  • Any AI, SMS, platform or third-party usage fees.
  • How support and additional work are handled.

A starter website plan does not automatically include custom automation. Read our terms and commitments.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START

Make the scope clear.

Do I need to understand AI or programming?

No. Start by explaining the work you repeat, the tools you use and the outcome you want. We translate that into a proposed workflow and explain the options in practical language.

Can you connect the software we already use?

We assess its available integrations, access permissions and technical limitations. Some systems can be connected directly; others need an approved import, export or manual step. Compatibility is checked before it becomes part of your agreed scope.

Can the assistant answer everything for my business?

No. We define its knowledge and boundaries, including which questions need a team member. Your approved information, escalation rules and review process are part of the project.

Does automation replace our staff?

The aim is to reduce repetitive steps and make work easier to follow. People still own the business decisions, exceptions and customer relationships that require judgment.

How much will the project and AI usage cost?

We provide a quote after reviewing the scope. Setup, ongoing service and any third-party or usage-based fees are clarified separately so you can decide before work begins.

Can we start small?

Yes. A focused first workflow can help you test the approach before considering additional features. Each expansion is agreed around your needs and its required work.

Do you work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes. Our team is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and we can work remotely with businesses elsewhere in Texas and the United States. We can also discuss your project in Persian.
